Standard Studio Apartment (2+0)

Standard studio apartments may be rated as equal to rooms in a 3- or 4-star hotel and can accommodate up to 3 people. Its advantages are space, privacy and all the facilities of the apartments. A spacious 30 m² room contains a king-size bed, a sofa (which can be used as a single bed), a coffee table with chairs, a spacious wardrobe, a TV with local channels and a telephone with free local calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern household appliances in excellent condition: a fridge, a gas cooker, a dishwasher and an electric kettle. The apartments have a bathroom with a bath or shower and WC. Access to the apartment is from the street or courtyard, through a coded door and then a double-locked apartment door. The apartment is located in the downtown area within a 10-15 minute walk of the main sights of St.Petersburg. Near the apartments you will find shops, restaurants and bars. Bed linen and towels are included, and maid service is available for an extra charge.
2-Bedroom Apartment (4+0)

2-bedroom apartments are spacious (60-80 m²), renovated apartments with a modern design and superb location. The apartments consist of a spacious room containing a comfortable sofa (which can be used as a single bed also), a coffee table with chairs, a TV with local or cable channels, a stereo system and a telephone with free local calls. The 2 bedrooms each contain a king-size bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern household appliances, and is in excellent condition. In addition to the facilities already listed (see below), the kitchen has a stove. A roomy bathroom has a bath or shower and a WC. Access to the apartment is from the street or courtyard, through a coded door.
Standard One-Bedroom Apartment (4+0)

These apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and a fold-out sofa in the living room. Standard one-bedroom apartments are renovated, centrally located tourist-class apartments. The spacious living room has a sofa, a coffee table with chairs, a TV with local channels, and a telephone with free local calls. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and household appliances. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Access to the apartment is from the courtyard through a coded door.
Superior One-Bedroom Apartment (4+0)

Superior one-bedroom apartments are spacious (40-50 m²), renovated apartments for up to 4 people. The apartments consist of a spacious room containing comfortable sofas (which can be used as a single or a double beds), a coffee table with chairs, a spacious wardrobe, a TV with local or cable channels, a stereo system, and a telephone with free local calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern household appliances in excellent condition: a microwave oven, a stove and a refrigerator etc. The apartments have a roomy bathroom with a bath or shower and WC. Access to the apartment is from the street or courtyard, through a coded door.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged RUB 1200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
